* Step 1

Mash potatoes, add garlic, lemon juice, salt, and coriander leaves

* Step 2

Give tadka of oil, rai, curry leaves, haldi powder. Mix well. Make small balls.

* Step 3

Make thick batter of besan adding salt, eno.

* Step 4

Heat oil.Dip balls in besan batter & fry on slow flame.

Cut end & chop then wash wash properly 4 times,Sand remains down in vessal.

Add garlic, onions. Saute it. Add methi, haldi, mirchi powder, potatoes, salt, sugar. Cover the lid.

* Step 4

Cook till done.

* Step 1

In big bowl Add potatoes, coriander, garlic, lemon juice,

* Step 2

In tadka kadai, add oil, rai, curry leaves. Wait 2-3 minutes. Add haldi powder.Pour in potatoes.

* Step 3

Mix well. Make small balls.

* Step 4

In one bowl take besan & make thick dough,Add salt, hot oil.

* Step 5

Heat oil in kadai. Take one ball. Dip in besan add to oil. This process continue to another 3-4 vadas together.Fry it.
