1/2 t.spoon

haldi powder

handful

coriander

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mixer coriander,moong.Add some water

* Step 2

Add rice atta, ginger, green chilli paste, salt, haldi powder. Rest it for 10 minutes.

* Step 3

Make dosas on nonstick, Roast both sides adding oil.

* Step 1

In bowl add besan, rice atta, cabbage, coriander,

Add g.g. paste, mirchi powder, salt, jeera, fruit salt, hot oil.

* Step 3

Add some water to make thick batter.

* Step 4

Grease thali & spread batter.

* Step 5

Pressure cook for 2-3 vessels.

* Step 6

When cools cut vadis & fry or shallow fry vsdis.

Apply paste in each.

* Step 6

Keep one by one. Make tight roll of rotis.

* Step 7

Cut small pieces.Roll it. Fry it.

* Step 8

Spread powdered sugar on it,
