Powdered sugar

Ghee to fry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead maida adding oil.

* Step 2

In ghee add rice flour & make fine paste.

* Step 3

Make 3 equal part of dough

* Step 4

Roll 3 rotis.

* Step 5

Apply paste in each.

* Step 6

Keep one by one. Make tight roll of rotis.

* Step 7

Cut small pieces.Roll it. Fry it.

* Step 8

Spread powdered sugar on it,
