Easy to make on eid when you run short of time just marinate the chicken with all ingredients on chand rat and cook it on eid just in 30 to 35 minutes.this is very aroamtic and finger licking bihari boti recipe you gonna love it. I have cooked with 3 kg chicken but giving you the recipe with 1kg chicken.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast gram flour. Dry roast poppy seeds and grind. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl add yoghurt, fried onions gram flour.

Add ginger garlic paste poppy seeds salt chilli powder

Cumin powder whole spice powder mix well.

Add chicken pieces and mix properly. Keep in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours or over night.

Heat oil in a wok add this marinated chicken.cook on high flame for 5 minutes.

Cover and cook for 20 to 25 minutes on low flame. Stir in between

After 25 minutes place a burnt charcoal in it. Pour few drops of oil and cover it for 3 to 4 minutes.

Ingredient

rice flour

Mash the potatoes first add spices

#crl #ambassador I use to make dahi wali chana chaat mostly but this time tries this chana chaat recipe inspired by sarosh zeeshan. So tempting and drool worth chat. Also added mint chutney in my chaat that tastes awesome.

Ingredient

sugar

1/2 tsp

black salt

1.5 tbs

chat masala

2-3 tbs

mint leaves

1 cup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add tamarind pulp in a sauce with 1 cup of water and spices cook for 2 to 3 minutes set aside

In a mixing bowl add chikpeas potatoes onion and tomatoes. Add green chillies and spices

Add mint chutney mint and coriander leaves. Crush half of the papri and sprinkle.

Heat oil in a wok (I cooked in a clay pot) and add chicken pieces fry on medium high for 5 minutes

Meanwhile heat a charcoal to give a smoke.

For dough in a bowl add flour salt carom seeds and mix well

Add ghee and mix until crumbed. Gradually add water and knead until hard dough is formed cover with a wet cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile in a frying pan add oil cumin coriander seeds and mix add green chillies ginger garlic paste turmeric and chilli powder salt and mix well

Add onion and potato mix well and mash coarsely with the help of the masher

Add split bengal gram fresh coriander and mix well.ads lemon juice and let it cool down.

Knead dough again with water until smooth and cut with cutter into 6 pieces and set aside remaining dough pieces and keep cover with wet cloth.

Take a small dough, make a ball and flatten the dough. Sprinkle flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
