* Step 1

Dono daal saf kar ke achy sy dho lein adha ghnta bigho lein agr time na ho to main foran b paka leti hn ye daal zada time ni leti

* Step 1

Oil me sabat gram msala fry kar ke piaz fry karein ginger garlic paste dal kar fry karein or qeema dal dein

* Step 2

Color change ho jaye to tmater dahi nmak mirch haldi dhnia dal kar 10 minute low flame py cover kar ke cook karein

* Step 3

Ab aloo dal dein or 7 sy 8 minute mzid cook karein alu gal jayen or oil nikal eye to pisa gram msala dal dein

* Step 4

Hari mirchen dhania adrak dal ke serve karein

* Step 5

Platter me boil rice rakhen ali qeema or mint raita serve karein lasury ka achar or grapes rakhen or enjoy karein

Rice ke sary ajza dal kar pani boil karein or rice dal kar boil karein 98% cook lr lein or drain kar ke rakh lein

* Step 2

Qeemy me nmak papita paste ginger garlic paste mix kar ke frij me 2 ghnty marinate karein

* Step 3

Chopper me green chilli piaz dhania podina ke paty or bread slices dal kar pees lein

* Step 4

Ab chopper me qeema dal lr is me lal mirch garam masala zeera haldi chany ka powder coconut powder cream or mkhan mix karein chopper me achy sy mix karein or 3 minute koily ka smoke dein

* Step 5

Oily hathon sy qeema lein or kbab bana kar pan me fry kar lein golden ho jayen to nikal ke rakh lein

* Step 6

Oil gram karein piaz fry karein ginger garlic paste dal dein namak biryani masala gram masala dal kar bhun lein dahi dal dein gravy smooth ho jaye to hari mirchen cut lagakar dal dein boil kiye huye rice dal dein

* Step 7

Milk me yellow color dal kar rice py dal dein upar kbab rakhen or 5 minute dum py rakhen

* Step 8

Dish out krny ke liye kbab nikal lein or rice mix karein dish me pehly rice dal dein or upar kbab rakh ke serve karein

Chopper me dal kar pees lein hara dhnia or hari mirchen or andy b dal kar pees lein
