* Step 1

Rice ke sary ajza dal kar pani boil karein or rice dal kar boil karein 98% cook lr lein or drain kar ke rakh lein

* Step 2

Qeemy me nmak papita paste ginger garlic paste mix kar ke frij me 2 ghnty marinate karein

* Step 3

Chopper me green chilli piaz dhania podina ke paty or bread slices dal kar pees lein

* Step 4

Ab chopper me qeema dal lr is me lal mirch garam masala zeera haldi chany ka powder coconut powder cream or mkhan mix karein chopper me achy sy mix karein or 3 minute koily ka smoke dein

* Step 5

Oily hathon sy qeema lein or kbab bana kar pan me fry kar lein golden ho jayen to nikal ke rakh lein

* Step 6

Oil gram karein piaz fry karein ginger garlic paste dal dein namak biryani masala gram masala dal kar bhun lein dahi dal dein gravy smooth ho jaye to hari mirchen cut lagakar dal dein boil kiye huye rice dal dein

* Step 7

Milk me yellow color dal kar rice py dal dein upar kbab rakhen or 5 minute dum py rakhen

* Step 8

Dish out krny ke liye kbab nikal lein or rice mix karein dish me pehly rice dal dein or upar kbab rakh ke serve karein

Kebab ki shape dy kar shallow fry kar lein

Bowl me maida nmak cheeni or 4 tabl spn melted desi ghee dal kar mix karein or dudh sy dough bana lein achy sy knead kar ke rest dein 30 minutes

* Step 4

Bal waly parathy ki trah desi ghee lagakar pera bana lein or roll kar ke pratha fry kar lein

Shahi malai kebab ko parathy or sauces ke sath serve karein

This is one of my and my father's most favourite Bakra Eid dish.😋🐏🐑 On Every Bakra eid I made this super delicious rcp of fried chops and my father loves it with chapati salad and mint raita at lunch or dinner.

* Step 1

Hammer sy chops ko koot lein khuly bratn me chops 2 cup pani or sary msaly dal kar dhak kar pkayen

Chops gal jayen or gravy dry ho jaye to flame off kar ke thanda kar lein

1 bowl me 2 andy whisk karein or besan dal kar mix karein

1 deep brtan me qeema dal or pani dal dein green chilli dhnia ke ilawa sary ajza dal kar mix karein or low flame py 35-40 minute paka lein

* Step 2

Qeemq or dal gal jaye or pani dry ho jaye to flame off kar dein or mixture ko thanda kar lein

* Step 3

Chopper me dal kar pees lein hara dhnia or hari mirchen or andy b dal kar pees lein

* Step 4

Ab shami kebab ki shape dein lein or shallow fry kar lein ketchup ke sath serve karein

* Step 2

Qeemy ka pani dry ho jaye to piaz nmak mirch haldee gol lal mirch zeera dhnia tmater dal kar bhun lein or dahi dal dein 10 minute cover kar ke pkayen low flame py
