Dice the vegetables. place the onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil.

* Step 2

Add the tomatoes and cover. Crash the tomatoes completely, add your green capsicum

* Step 3

Add water mixed with royco into the sufuria.

* Step 4

Add salt and cover for the broth to boil then add the fish. let simmer until the liquid reduces by half

* Step 5

Turn off heat, an let rest for 3 minutes before serving.

Have all your ingredients ready and do a preparation in advance.

Saute your onions till translucent. Add the ginger garlic paste and let cook for a minute

Add in the grated zucchini and stir

Add your tomatoes and cook to a paste. Add the spices and the seasoning. Stir.

2 cups

water

2 cloves

garlic

1/2 tsp

garam masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place gizzards in salty water in a saucepan. Add 2 whole garlic cloves and a small slice of ginger. Let boil for 15 - 20 minutes. Drain gizzards and set aside. save the stock for later use

Saute the onions, add in the grated ginger and garlic. let cook for a minute before adding the tomatoes. let cook till tender then add in your spices plus the green capsicum

Chop the gizzards into small pieces
