Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel, chop, and wash in water

Boil the potatoes in salted water and Mash it up nicely

Add in the chopped onions, dhania and seasoning and give a nice mix

Add in a little all purpose flour, salt and pepper

Scoop with a spoon desirable amounts of the mixed mashed potatoes. wet your hands and roll them up to a rod like shape. dip them into beaten egg then roll them gently on the crushed wheetabix.

Deep fry them in medium high heated oil until the wheetabix particles look spiky

Serve with tomato sauce

Fry onions till transleucent

Add in the ginger garlic paste and let cook for a minute

Add in the tomatoes and let cook to a paste. Add salt and pepper.

Add in the pre boiled muthokoi plus a cup of water. Cover and let simmer for 15 - 20 minutes

Ingredient

2 cups

water

2 cloves

garlic

1/2 tsp

garam masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place gizzards in salty water in a saucepan. Add 2 whole garlic cloves and a small slice of ginger. Let boil for 15 - 20 minutes. Drain gizzards and set aside. save the stock for later use

Saute the onions, add in the grated ginger and garlic. let cook for a minute before adding the tomatoes. let cook till tender then add in your spices plus the green capsicum

Chop the gizzards into small pieces

Add them into the boiling paste and mix

Add in the stock and let simmer til it reduces by half

Garnish and serve. I had mine with spiced rice. YUMMY!!!

rice

1 cup

water

1 tbsp

paprika

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil your rice with 1 cup salty water and 1 cup vegetable stock

In another sauce pan sweat the onions

Add in the ginger garlic paste and let cook for a minute

Add in your tomatoes and allow to cook to a paste

Add in your carrots and mix

Move the ingredients in the pan to one side and add a tsp of oil then fry your eggs till halfway done. Mix.

Arrange the ingredients together

Heat the oil together with the margarine. this makes the margarine stay longer in the hot pan.

Add in the onions and the garlic and let them saute.

* Step 4

Add in the chili

Pour in the chips and toss
