Peel the raw banana and cut them as shown.

* Step 1

Gather all the ingredients. Wash the raw banana peels then boil it with 1 onion, garlic pods, 1 green chilli, salt & required amount of water.

* Step 2

Boil hilsha pieces with turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice & required amount of water. After it is boiled, remove bones from the fish fillets.

Blend boiled raw banana mixture & shredded fish fillets to a smooth paste.

* Step 4

Except oil & bread crumbs take all the ingredients in a bowl, mix all the ingredients well with raw banana peel paste and boiled & shredded fish.

Make nuggets out of this mixture & coat them with bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a pan, then deep fry the nuggets in oil.

* Step 1

Gather all the ingredients. Wash the banana peel well & cut them as shown in the picture.

Take a bowl add maida, cornflour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin coriander powder, grated cheese & salt, then mix & add required amount of water to make thick batter.

Heat oil in a pan, then lower the flame & dip the banana peels in the cheese batter & deep fry them till they turn golden brown.

And your Cheesy Banana Peel fingers are ready to serve! Serve them hot with your desired sauce or chutney.

* Step 1

Gather all the ingredients. Take maida in a bowl, add 1 tsp oil, salt & mix well. Then knead the dough with lukewarm water.

* Step 2

Divide dough in the same process as roti & then make kachoris' out of it. As you roll the dough, ensure that it doesn't become too thin, it should have medium thickness.

Heat oil in a pan, then lower the flame and fry the kachoris' till it turns golden brown & crispy. Then crush the peanuts.

* Step 4

Take a bowl add chickpeas, crushed peanut, grated panter & rest of the ingredients mentioned in Kachori stuffing section & mix well. Note: you can cook the chickpeas as well with the spices mentioned in optional section. But I haven't cooked it in spices & have used only boiled chickpeas. You can make it either way.

Stuff this mixture in the kachoris'.

Top the kachoris' with grated cheese and your zaaikedar flavourful Tri-ratna Kachoris are ready to serve!
