* Step 1

Take bread slices,cut them from.corners

Take milk in two pan in one pan boil a little milk add small pieces of bread in it

So that bread absorbs milk and become dough like

Now take it aside and with your hand make a smooth dough

Now make small balls of equal size using all-purpose flour

Heat oil fry the balls till golden brown

Prepare sugar syrup by adding sugar in water

Meanwhile boil milk in another pan till the milk reduced in quantity and turn to khoya

Boil potatoes grate it nicely.

Grate paneer.

Heat oil crackle bay leaves, cumin seeds and bay leaves.

Add onion paste and roast it nicely. Add all spices in it

It is a seasonal dish ,sweet potatoes cup filled with fresh fruit rabri.

Ingredient

4 Tsp

sugar

1 cup

milk

2 Tsp

milkmaid

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the peeled sweet potato like a small bowl.

* Step 2

Scoop it in the middle,make like an empty bowl.

* Step 3

Take a Heat pan put Ghee in it,let it hot.put cut sweet potatoes.fry it 2 miniutes all sides.keep it a side..

* Step 4

Take a pan,add milk,boil it.add banana & khoobani boil it.make it thick.

* Step 5

Add sugar stir it.add cardomam, Dryfruits mix it.

* Step 6

Add milk made,mix it.

* Step 7

Now remove it from the flame.keep it a side.add rosewater mix it.

* Step 8

Now take a serving plate,put 1 Tsp rabri,then put sweet potatoes bowls,add 2 Tsp rabri.

Fill all bowls like that.keep it in fridge for 30 miniutes.

Garnish it with rose petals,& mint leaves.

It is very droolicious.

In a pan put sugar & water let it boil.

* Step 2

It should not be thicken, only boiled sugar syrup.

After then add cornflour.

* Step 4

Stir it continuesly.it will be cook in this syrup.

When it changed colour add ghee & Fry it untill it soaked the ghee.

Add colour mix it properly.

* Step 7

At last add dry fruits.

Remove it from the flame.

Set it in a plate or tray.

Keep it a side for setting.

After setting cut it in shape.
