* Step 1

Soak black gram for three hours, grinde to paste with green chillis, salt, pepper, curry leavrs, cumin seeds by adding minimum water. Transe to bowl and add coconut pieces, asafetida and mix well.

Heat the oil in a kadai.Take batter in spoon leave it in hot oil and deep fry on both sides on sim untill they become crisp.

Beat the curd with the help of beater and make tadaka by heating oil in pan and season with cumin, musterd, curry leaves, gramdhal and give tadaka to curd. Now masala curd is ready.

Put vadas in serving bowl and pour curd on them. Now Curd vada / Dahi vada is ready.

* Step 1

Keep all ingredients ready. Heat oil in kadai, crackle mustard, add turmeric, curry leaves asafetida and peanuts after two minutes turn off heat. Allow tadaka to cool.

* Step 2

Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder over murmura. Put tadaka and mix well -all over. Spicy murmuras are ready to eat.

* Step 1

Keep all required ingredients ready. Heat the oil in a pan crackle musterd seeds, add semolina and gram dhal and roast on sim heat for five minutes. Turn off heat, let it cool. Idli semolina is ready.

Wash and chopped spring onions, tomatos and greate the carrot. Keep all proceesed ingredients ready.

Grease a palte with cooking oil. Mix prepared idli semolina, salt and curd well. And pour the batter to greased plate.

Sprinke chopped spring onions, carrot and tomato.decorate with cashews. Keep it in cooker for steaming.

Steam in cooker for 8 minutes on high and 2minutes on low flame. Turn off heat, allow it cool for two minutes. Cut and transe pizza idli to serving plate. Canbe eaten with tomato ketchup /green chutney.
