* Step 1

Keep all ingredients ready. Make dough using dough ingredients. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Make small balls.

* Step 2

Heat 2 tsp of oil in pan, roast, cumin, coriander seeds, fennel, add asafoetida, salt, garam masala, red chili powder, besan and roast well. Add soaked and crushed moong dhal, pepper powder, mix well. Turn off flame, allow to cool and make small balls-kachori filling is ready.

* Step 3

Fill the madia balls with kachori filling, close it and flatern it by hand. Heat the oil in kadai. Deep fry kachoris on both sides. Kachoris are ready.Transe to serving plate. Enjoy with sweet and hot green chutney.

* Step 1

Keep all ingredients ready, Knead the dough using maida Basen, cumin seeds and water and let it rest for 30 minutes.

* Step 2

Heat the oil in a pan, temper with mustard, chopped onions, cooked corns, add salt, chat masala, red chilli powder and mix well turn off heat. Corn chat filling is ready.

Make small balls from the dough, flatter them to the size of poori - fill with 'corn chat - close and twist to give shape of potlis(as shown in pic.) deep fry in the oil on both sides.

Tie spring onion straw around potlis, serve with red chutney. CORN POTLIS ARE READY TO EAT.

* Step 1

Keep all ingredients ready. Coarsely grind coconut, cumin seeds and tamarind in mixer.

Heat the oil in pan season with mustard, gram dhal, temeric, add onions and fry till they turn brown on sim heat. Add salt, grinde coconut mixture, red chilli powder, coriander powder, Basen and fresh coriander, mix everything well. Cook on sim heat for 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Transe to serving plate. ONION SUBZI IS READY TO SERVE.

After soaking add basen, cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder, termeric, Chopped onion and tomato-mix and make batter.

Take a pan add oil and onion tomato chopped green chilli mix well.

Add all spices mix well. And take a curd add besan water blend it.
