* Step 1

Soak rajma overnight, then pressure cook it with salt till it becomes soft.

* Step 2

In a bowl add rajma and potato and mash it, then add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, garam masala, kebab masala, roasted cumin powder, salt and besan and mix all properly.

* Step 3

Then shape them into kebab. Add oil in pan, fry the kebabs golden brown from both sides. Serve with any dip of your choice.

4 cloves

garlic

1 stick

ginger

2 tsp

desi ghee

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixture grinder add boiled rajma onion,ginger,garlic,& fried onion, grind it fine.

* Step 2

Now take it out in a bowl.

* Step 3

Add all spices mix it well.

* Step 4

Take a coal peice, burn it in the gas.let it heat.

* Step 5

Keep this hot coal in a small bowl.

* Step 6

Add 1 drop ghee & put it in the grind mixture & lid it 5 mins.

* Step 7

After 5 mins open it.you feel smoke aroma.

* Step 8

Now make balls from this mixture.

* Step 9

Bake it on the slow flame on a pan.Add ghee both of sides.bake it till crispy & golden brown.

* Step 10

It's texture,aroma,are heavenly.

* Step 11

Serve it with green chutney, & onion rings.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take tendey wash & wipe it

* Step 2

Cut it half,make two round shape.

* Step 3

Scoop it,

* Step 4

Boil it 5 mins in high flame.

* Step 5

Remove it immediately from the flame after 5 mins.

* Step 6

Drain the water.

* Step 7

Heat a pan add 1 tsp oil,let it hot.add steamed tenday in it.fry it 5 mins.then take it out.keep it a sight for cooling

* Step 8

.Now take a bowl add all spices,ginger, garlic paste,hung curd,mustard oil,salt,mix all things properly.

* Step 9

In another pan add 1 tsp oil,let it hot,add 2 tsp chopped onion, & scooped extra things from tinda,pink it.then take it out & add prepared mixture.

* Step 10

Fill this mixture in the hollow tindas.

* Step 11

In a heat pan add 2 tbsp oil,let it hot,add extra chopped onion,& put stuffed tendey in it.

* Step 12

Cook it on the slow flame.

* Step 13

Now tenda is ready in new flavour.

Try it with chahti or rice.

* Step 1

In a pressure pan put kemaa,& all written 8 things for boiling,add 1 cup of water.

* Step 2

Let it boil 15 miniutes.

* Step 3

After that remove it from the flame.

* Step 4

Remove Bay leaf,put all things in the mixture griender.make fine paste.

* Step 5

Take it out from the jar.

* Step 6

Now add other spices accept butter.

* Step 7

Mix all things very well.

* Step 8

Now take squwers wet them all 30 miniutes.now take small portion of kemaa,spread it on squwers,make all squwers like that.

* Step 9

Heat a pan sprinkle ghee,put all squwers in it on slow flame.

* Step 10

Roast it all sides, golden.

* Step 11

Remove it from the flame.

* Step 12

Serve it with chuteny & onion rings.

* Step 13

It can be have any time with laccha parantha or like a snacks.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the keema very well keep it in the pressure cooker,add 1 cup of water,all whole spices,2 clove Garlic,1 peice of ginger,gram dal,onion.

* Step 2

Lid the pressure cooker.cook it 15 miniutes.cook it in the medium flame.

* Step 3

Remove it from the flame after 15 miniutes.let it cool.

* Step 4

Open it,water should be finished.

* Step 5

Put all things together in a mixture griender, remove the Bay leaf,& griended,all things very smooth.

* Step 6

Mix all powdered spices,Malai,salt rose petals,mix it.

* Step 7

Add Brown onion paste,gram flour,kewra,salt,mix it very well.keep it a side in a bowl.

* Step 8

Take a piece of koal,burn it red hot,put it in a small bowl,make a hole in the kebab dough,place this bowl,put 1 Tsp ghee in it & put 1 clove in it.lid it 10 miniutes.

* Step 9

After 10 miniutes open it,mix it again make medium balls from this.

* Step 10

Heat a pan,Add ghee,put all kebabs in it.bake it in slow flame till crispy.

* Step 11

In a bowl add maida,salt,oil,mix it.knead it with the help of water.

* Step 12

Take a bowl,make a chapati from this dough,place it in the bowl make marks with the knife on it.

* Step 13

Keep it in the preheated oven at 150 degree for 10 miniutes.

* Step 14

After that remove it from the oven.it will be looks like a bowl shape.

* Step 15

Arrange all kebabs in this bowl.

* Step 16

Serve it with Green chuteny, onion rings with lime.
