Ghee me garam masala add karen aur phir usme pyaz ad karken brown karlen

Usme lehsan adrak ka paste add karay. thora sa paani daal kar cook karen. tomatoes ko blend karken add karden.

aloo tahari is my second most favorite dish in rice item. its so simple yet amazing. I learned this recipe from my dad who also loved this dish. #ricestyle #ambassador

Ingredient

1 cup

ghee

1 kg

rice

1/2 kg

potatoes

1/2 tsp

zeera

6-7

laung

1/2 tsp

1/2 tsp

garam masala

1/2 tsp

zeera powder

4 glass

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean and wash rice. Soak for ½ hour, and set aside. Heat oil.Fry onions for a few minutes till light golden. Add ginger garlic paste, followed by whole spices.

Saute for a minute and then add the powdered spices I.e salt, garam masala, laal mirch powder. Haldi and so on.. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes, adding a splash of water if spices are sticking to the pan. Add cubed tomatoes. Cook for 5 – 10 minutes, till tomatoes are soft.

Add cubed potatoes. Cook for 5 – 10 minutes. Add about 1 cup of water. give it a stir. Cook on medium flame.

Add about 4 glass of water and bring it to boil.

Add rice and cook for 4-5 mins. Cook on medium flame till water has almost evaporated. Once the water has evaporated, add green chilies, hara dhania and garam masala powder on top. Close the lid and keep on low simmer (dum) till rice is cooked through.

Serve hot with raita on the side.

* Step 1

Qeema me 1 glass pani add karen, isme paste, salt red chili flakes. Sookha dhania, oil or onion and tomatoes add karen or 20-25 mins tak cook karen ke qeema gal jaye. Isme jayefil javetri powder or garam masala powder daal kar isko bhune ke oil nikal jaye, phir isme tomtaoes and hari mirchen daal kar 1 min tak cook karen, choola band karden qeeme ka qorma ready hai!

2 jug pani leke usme zeera namak add karen. Podina or lemon ko add karke pani ko boil karen, jab boil hojaye to usme soaked chawal add karen. chawalon ko half cook karen taake baqi teh me cook hojayen

Dahi ke andar zarda rang daal kar mix karen, chawalon ko chaan le. Pan me pehle oil daaalen phir chawalon ki ek layer dalen, phir usme qorma daaen, tomtoes and hari mirchen daalen. Ispe podina, dahi or fried onion daalen.

Phir wapis uspe chawal ki layer daal lein, or uske upar fried onion or dahi add karen, phhir isko damm pe rakhden 10 12 mins.

Gosht k andar tamam masalay daal dein. Isko machine se baarik pees lein or lemon juice mix krlen or kabab ki shape me bana lein.
