1 . Tefal Cottage Pie

I think Tefal is a French Brand of Food Processors . Some other Countries have their own type of Food Processors with attachments like those of Tefal . Is a Tefal Cottage Pie because I used the blade on the slicing disc too automatically cut the peeled onions , trimmed carrots and Brussel Sprouts - could also use Celery if you have any and are not allergic too it

Ingredient

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 7 if baking from freshly hot food. So bring to the boil the peeled potatoes and then gently simmer on the lowest hob heat for 40 minutes and then drain the hot potato water away and then add the cold milk too the hot saucepan with the cooked potatoes in and then add the block of butter and then mash with a masher

* Step 2

While the raw potatoes are gently boiling. Fry off the Tefal sliced onions in 4 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil and the sliced Celery if using - gently shallow fry for 10 minutes and then fry the Beef Mince on a very high hob heat for 10 minutes - keep turning with a flat wooden spoon - and then either add cold water too the Ninja non-stick Frying Pan and then bring too the boil and then add the Beef Gravy Granules or make the Gravy in a Measuring Jug

* Step 3

Simmer the Gravy in with the Beef Mince and onions for about 20 minutes - can add the Tefal sliced carrots and Tefal sliced Brussel Sprouts and then distribute the cooked wet mix food into the other smaller Ninja non-stick Frying Pan and then add the cooked mashed potatoes over the top of each Frying Pan - make Fork marks over the top of the mashed potatoes

* Step 4

Bake in the oven at Gas Mark 7 for 1 (One) hour and then you can eat the hot Cottage Pie out of the Ninja non-stick Frying Pan because it is oven proof

I grow the Herb Rosemary in me and my mums back garden in a large Plastic Container . Rosemary requires Ericaceous Compost Garden Centre Soil or Acidic Soil in the ground . Did take stalk's of prunings of Rosemary in late Summer - water washed them in cold tap water within a large mixing bowl and then placed the Rosemary stalk's with their foliage on - within a large Freezer Bag and then froze them for late Winter use

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 7. Place Vegetable Oil in a Roasting Tin and then coat all sides of the Half Leg of Lamb with the Vegetable Oil and then place Kitchen Foil over the top of the raw meat - around the Roasting Tin and then roast with the Kitchen Foil on for One hour and then take the Kitchen Foil off for the last 30 minutes. Once roasted for One hour and Thirty minutes - place the Kitchen Foil over the top again and then rest

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 5. Trim the end's off of the raw Carrots and then water wash the Carrots in a large mixing bowl with lots of cold water in - peel the Onions and then place them whole in the cold water as well. Add the whole Carrots and whole Onions, Rosemary stalk's, Vegetable Stock Cubes and then fill your Casserole Dish with Lid - with cold tap water and then stew with the Lid on - for 4 hours

* Step 3

For the last One hour - peel the Maris Piper Potatoes or Albert Rooster Red Potatoes and then water wash them in a large mixing bowl and then add the potatoes too the stew. Too make the Dumplings add the bag of Suet to a mixing bowl and then place the Plain Flour over the top - mix - and then add little bits of cold water at a time and then bind into balls and then place the raw Dumplings over the top of the Stew and then place the Lid over the top and then stew until done

* Step 4

Carve a bit of the cold cooked Lamb onto the Dinner Plate and then add a bit of Stew and Dumplings to the Dinner Plate as well

As the Internet indicates their are different ways too make vegetable pasties . Curry Powder was mentioned as a flavouring which is good for those People that don't like Black Pepper etc. Salt and Black Pepper is a usual flavouring to a U.K. pastie

Ingredient

* Step 1

The roasted Vegetables were cooked the previous day over a Period of 2 hours. The Carrots and peeled Swede big chunks were cooked in a bit of Vegetable Oil for One hour on their own at Gas Mark 7 in the oven and then for the last One hour I roasted the peeled potatoes. Allow too cool in the Roasting Tin with Kitchen Foil over the top

* Step 2

Make the homemade Shortcrust Pastry, so put the Plain Flour and Salt either in your Kenwood Attachment Mixing Bowl or another large mixing bowl and then cube the Butter into small pieces and then use your Fingers too rub together the ingredients into a fine breadcrumb texture and then add the cold water. Use the Kenwood Dough Hook Attachment too blend into a ball, or use floured Hands too form into a ball

* Step 3

Dust with Plain Flour if needed and then wrap in Clingfilm and allow too rest in the Fridge for 2 hours

* Step 4

Next step is too shallow fry small diced onions for 3 minutes and very thin small sliced bits of Celery if using and then chop the cold cooked Carrots and Swede into the non-stick Frying Pan and then heat through for a little while and then add the seasoning - Salt and Black Pepper or Salt and Mild Curry Powder and then on a Plate use a Dinner Fork or small sharp Kitchen knife too mash or finely chop the cold cooked potatoes and then add too the mix. Allow too cool

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6. Flour the Kitchen side with Plain Flour and then roll out your pastry with a Rolling Pin and then use a 11cm round pastry cutter or blob One and a half tablespoons of the Pie filling onto the Pastry and then cut with a small sharp Kitchen knife and then fold and seal with a egg wash, once done egg wash the top and side's and then eventually bake them all on Baking Parchment Paper on a Baking Tray at Gas Mark 6 for 20 minutes - maybe longer

I made the Recipe up . Add more cold water over periods of hours and be sure too add more fresh raw Herbs later on in the cooking time , plenty of pinches of Table Salt and tasting the broth . Not quite sure how too cook the homemade Gnocchi once the raw Gnocchi surfaces too the top of boiling water - did place the Gnocchi in the hot Casserole Stew and then cooked for One hour with the Casserole Lid on - the Gnocchi was dense and so I may of over cooked the Gnocchi . Can reheat for extra hours cooked in your Casserole Dish

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6. Unwrap the Half Leg of Lamb and place in a large mixing bowl and then cover with cold tap water and then place the Half Leg of Lamb in the tall 24 width Casserole Dish and then place 600ml of cold water over the top and then add the raw fresh Thyme and One bag of raw Parsley and then put the Bay leaves in - if you have any - and then water roast the joint of Lamb for 4 hours with the Casserole Lid on

* Step 2

Take the big Lamb bone off and then add whole peeled raw Onions and then add the raw peeled Carrots and then add the roughly chopped raw Swede - add some pinches of Table Salt - add more cold tap water if needed and then place the Casserole Lid over the top and then continue too cook in the oven at Gas Mark 6 for a further 4 hours. Use the other bag of raw Parsley too garnish servings of Lamb Stew

* Step 3

The homemade Gnocchi takes 3 hours too prepare, even longer if you don't use the quick method. Place the cold cooked potatoes from within ten Jacket Potatoes into your Kenwood Food Mixing Bowl and then add 800g of Plain Flour and then add 4 hen egg yolks - attach the Kenwood Dough Hook along with the see through Kenwood Plastic guard and then slowly mix at first and then on full power

* Step 4

Place Plain Flour on the Kitchen side and then put raw Gnocchi Dough on top of it and then basically get down to equal sized small balls and then gently prod each ball with the back of a Dinner Fork and then keep 20 and freeze the rest on Baking Parchment Paper on a Baking Tray and freeze in the Freezer for 3 hours before transferring too Freezer Bags

* Step 5

Place raw fresh Gnocchi Dough or frozen raw Gnocchi Dough in a medium sized saucepan of boiling hot water - Ten at a time and then when they rise too the top of the boiling water then they can be transferred to the Casserole Dish - do the other 10 (Ten) and then add them as well. The Gnocchi may, or may not be completely cooked and so cook the Gnocchi through a little bit more

I have made the Recipe up - used thin slices of Swede instead of the usual Potatoes . Lamb Chop bones small and tiny can be found in this long cooked Casserole Hotpot so chew slowly and discard of Lamb bones before swallowing a mouthful of this food

Ingredient

* Step 1

Preheat oven to Gas Mark 6. Put 4 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil in your Casserole Dish and then briefly heat through the Vegetable Oil on the highest hob heat and then turn down too a low simmer. Seal both sides of the raw Lamb Chops on the highest hob heat about One minute each side and then allow the meat too rest on a Dinner Plate

* Step 2

Peel and half the onions and then add them too the meat infused Vegetable Oil and then allow them to gently shallow fry on the lowest hob heat for 15 minutes, add the big Mild Chillies once you have deseeded them and cold water washed them and then after 15 minutes add the 1000ml of cold tap water and add the 16 teaspoons of Beef Gravy Granules and then continue too boil on the hob stove for a further 15 minutes and then add all the partially cooked Lamb Chops

* Step 3

Peel the big whole raw Swedes with a small sharp Kitchen knife and then chop into blocks so they can fit down the funnel of one's Tefal or some other kind of Electric Mains Food Processor - with blade Attachment attached add a block of raw Swede through the funnel of the Food Processors Lid and then place the power on and then use the Food Processors plunger too guide the raw Swede through the turning blade

* Step 4

Turn the hob stove off and then add the raw thin slices of Swede and then place the Casserole Lid over the top and then bake in the oven for 4 hours at Gas Mark 6
