Peel the Maris Piper Potatoes with a small sharp Kitchen knife and then place all the potato peelings onto the Compost Heap if you have One in your back garden and then place your water washed Potatoes into a Saucepan of boiling water and then gently simmer on the lowest hob heat for 40 minutes and then drain the hot potato water away and then add the milk and then the butter - mash and then allow too cool

* Step 2

Place Vegetable Oil in a non-stick Frying Pan (not too little and not too much) and then gently heat the Cooking Oil through. Use a flat tablespoon spoon too scoop the cold mash into a large ball and then place Plain Flour on a Dinner Plate and then dust on each side of the potato ball and then place in the non-stick Frying Pan - make 4 for One Person

Gently simmer on the lowest hob heat for 9 minutes each side and then crisp both sides for the last 2 minutes by turning the hob heat up too the highest setting and then count 60 seconds each side and then it's done

Is a Dinner that I made up - I did not follow a Recipe - I got no ideas off of the Internet . The ingredients will create 4 small microwave meals . The same Dinners are already cooked they just need heating up in the Microwave

Ingredient

* Step 1

Within a 30 minute time Period halve the peeled and water washed onion shallow fry in 4 tablespoons of Sunflower Oil along with the large chopped courgettes. Boil the raw peeled carrots along with the peeled potatoes and then after 20 minutes add the carrots too the non-stick Wok along with the cooked onion and courgettes. Make the milky buttery mash, season, and then allow too get cold with the Saucepan Lid over the top

* Step 2

After that 30 minutes of preparing and cooking - add the tin of Chopped Tomatoes and then add 500ml of cold tap water, season, bring to the boil and then simmer on the lowest hob heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes

* Step 3

Then add the Beef Mince and cook through for 10 minutes of the last 1 hour and then add 500ml of cold tap water and then bring too the boil and then simmer on the lowest hob heat for 50 minutes and then allow too get cold

* Step 4

Add cooked cold Beef mince mix too a small Dessert Bowl and then add 1/4 of the cold cooked mash and then for a 700W Microwave cook for about 3 minutes - turn - and then microwave for a further 3 minutes. Done

Did learn about Madeleine Sponge Cakes through watching U.K. TV Cookery Shows . Is the first time I have ever made Madeleines , I purchased the Madeleine Baking Tray through Amazon Prime for which I am a Paying Member it is a deep round Madeleine Baking Tray - are other ones that are Oval in shape and might be deep , or might be less deep and so can bake at Gas Mark 7 for as little a time as 8 minutes

* Step 1

Preheat oven to Gas Mark 7 or 6. Place all ingredients into the Kenwood Food Mixer Bowl and then turn on the minimum speed and then on the maximum speed. Keep automatically turning for quite a long time until knob's of butter have melted within the holes of the Madeleine Baking Tray in the oven and then allow too cool and then sprinkle the White Flour over the melted butter and then add One heap Dessert Spoon of Cake Batter too each hole

Bake in the oven at Gas Mark 7 for 15 minutes. Allow too cool within the Madeleine Baking Tray for a little while and then gently transfer the cooked Madeleines onto a cooling cake rack - allow too cool a little and then serve warm. Enjoy with a mug of hot tea that has no sugar in it, or have hot sugared Coffee with some of them. Alternatively store in Air Tight Containers and maybe serve some of them with Custard

I found the Recipe on the Internet . I used double the ingredients for mine and used a Roasting Tin with straight upward sides - yes - a small Roasting Tin . The Dark Chocolate makes the Rocky Road not too sweet

* Step 1

Melt the 400g of the solid block of butter in the largest of your Ninja Non-stick Frying Pans and then add the Dark Chocolate and then the Cadburys Milk Chocolate - melt - and then too the tray of the Scales weight out 300g of Lyle's Golden Syrup and then add too the mix in the Non-stick Frying Pan - allow too cool for 10 minutes - possibly longer

* Step 2

Roughly break the Malted Biscuits apart with your Fingers and then place in a large mixing bowl and then add the large Pink and White Marshmallows and then add 300g of Maltesers - mix with your Fingers and then when the melted Chocolate mix has cooled down - pour over the biscuits, Marshmallows and Maltesers. Place Baking Parchment Paper in your large Tray Bake Baking Tin and then pour your mix into it and then decorate the top with the rest of the 100g of the Maltesers and then cool for hours

5 . Rhubarb and Apple Crumble

Don't use Cooking Apples such as Bramley's . Did gain information from the Internet on the Subject of Rhubarb Crumbles . If using Apples is best too use Dessert Apples such as Cox's Apples , Braeburn's , or Granny Smiths

Ingredient

* Step 1

Place White Sugar in a large old traditional Wok or a very large metal Saucepan, then add 6 tablespoon - measuring spoon - of cold water

* Step 2

Place a large amount of cold tap water in a large mixing bowl and then trim the ends off of the Rhubarb stalk's and then chop the Rhubarb stalk's into large rectangular chunks and then place them into the cold water within the large mixing bowl

* Step 3

Place the water washed Rhubarb chunks into the large Wok with the damp White Sugar in and then gently simmer on the lowest hob heat and then simmer for 20 minutes. Allow to go completely cold within the Wok and then peel - core - Cox's Apples and then dice into small chunks

For the Crumble place Plain Flour, Demerara crystal Brown Sugar - and cube's of a whole block of 250g of butter in a large mixing bowl and then rub it altogether with your Fingers until the mix resembles Bread Crumb's

Place half of the wet mix with cold cooked Rhubarb and raw small cube's of Cox's Apples into the bottom of your Tray Bake Baking Tin and then place half of your homemade Crumble over the top of the wet mix and then bake in the oven at Gas Mark 6 for 40 minutes
