Baked homemade Hash Brown mix

I made the Recipe up, with a little bit of information from the Internet, not sure if I needed too add beaten hen eggs - the common method is too grate raw potatoes and then squeeze out the Starch Potato juice through a muslin cloth and then add grated raw Onions ( 4 medium potatoes for One beaten egg ) . I used cold cooked Jacket Potatoes instead . My shallow fried One's went wrong earlier, hence the successful mix baked in the oven later

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 7. Take the cooked Jacket skin's off of the cooked Jacket Potatoes and then grate the cooked potatoes into a large mixing bowl

* Step 2

Peel and wash the Onions and then grate the raw Onions with the Cheese Grater - with raw grated Onions mixed in with the soft cooked potato - add the One beaten hen egg and then mix with a Dessert Spoon

* Step 3

Add mix too Baking Tray and then season with some grinds of Sea Salt and grind some Black Peppercorns over the top as well if you want. Bake at least at Gas Mark 7 for 15 minutes and then turn and then season again - and then bake for a further 15 minutes. Is possible too shallow fry sausages on the lowest hob heat for 30 minutes turn over every 10 minutes - 3 times and brown up at the highest hob heat at the end of cooking time
