* Step 1

For pizza dough: add warm water in a cup, add instant yeast, salt, sugar to the warm water πŸ’¦, mix gently and cover and undisturbed for 10 mins or till it becomes frothy, sift plain flour to a large bowl πŸ₯£, add olive oil and mix, make a well in the center and add yeast mixture, combine gradually incorporating the flour into the yeast mixture, adding a little water if necessary. Preheat oven at 180Β°c

* Step 2

Knead it to a soft pliable dough, set aside and rest in a warm place for at least 1 hr or till doubles in the size, add flour to a clean surface and make a thick rectangle shape, add pizza sauce, spread it, sprinkle with paprika powder, black pepper powder, mixed herbs and mixed veggies, spread them, sprinkle salt πŸ§‚ on veggies πŸ₯•πŸ§…πŸ«‘, add mozzarella cheese slices cut into halves or grated, roll into tightly log

* Step 3

Line baking trays with parchment paper, add log in, wait for 10 mins or let the log rise up, brush glaze on the log and sprinkle with white sesame seeds and bake in 180Β°c for 15-20 mins or until the edges start to brown, remove them from the oven and wait 5 mins, then transfer them to wire rack to cool.

* Step 4

Cut the log into thick slices, arrange them again on baking tray but cut slice on top, add half cut mozzarella cheese slices/ grated and bake until πŸ§€ cheese is melted, remove from the oven and arrange them on serving dish, sprinkle with chilli flakes, paprika powder, black pepper powder and serve hot.

* Step 5

For pizza sauce: heat oil, add finely chopped garlic πŸ§„, cook till lightly brown, add finely chopped blanched tomatoes πŸ… mix well, add salt πŸ§‚ when tomatoes becomes soft add kashmiri chilli powder 🌢️, paprika powder, chilli flakes 🌢️, black pepper powder mix and cook for 1 min, add rosemary mix well cook for a min, add tomato paste πŸ… mix well

* Step 6

Add mixed herbs, mix well, remove and let it cool, pizza sauce is ready, keep aside. For vegetables: mix all veggies ( finely chopped onions πŸ§…, finely chopped capsicum πŸ«‘, grated carrots πŸ₯•, orange &green jalapenos, finely chopped leek, finely chopped spring onions in a bowl πŸ₯£ but do not add any salt and mix well, keep aside

* Step 7

For glaze: break egg in a bowl πŸ₯£, remove egg yolk, add water mix well, glaze is ready.

* Step 1

Clean & wash white chickpeas, boil white chickpeas with salt 1/8 tsp, keep the white chickpeas stock aside for later use. Marinate the fish pieces with the ingredients, mentioned above, if using whiting fish, marinate with salt, pepper, lemon juice πŸ‹.

* Step 2

Heat oil and shallow fry the fish pieces 🐠, when half done, remove and keep aside. In remaining oil, add whole spices ( cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, cloves, small & black cardamoms, black pepper corns, bay leaf πŸ‚, star anise and cook for 1 min, add sliced onions πŸ§… cook till golden, add ginger garlic paste πŸ§„ and mix well.

* Step 3

Add tomato puree πŸ…, readymade tomato paste πŸ…, green chillies paste and mix well, cook till oil comes out. Add kashmiri red chillies powder 🌢️, turmeric powder, coriander cumin powder,pulao masala and mix well, add half cut potatoes πŸ₯” cook for 5 mins on low medium flame. Add boiled white chickpeas.

* Step 4

Add basmati rice 🍚 mix and cook for 3 mins, then add salt πŸ§‚, white chickpeas stock, chicken cube and mix well, let it boil, when stock water πŸ’¦ is dried out, add fried fish pieces 🐠, low the heat, cover and cook for 10 mins. Serve hot with πŸ₯— salad.

If desired: marinate the fish pieces with salt, 1/2 tsp paprika powder 🌢️/ kashmiri chillies powder 🌢️, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp coriander cumin powder, 1-2 tbsp lemon juice πŸ‹ mix well, spread on fish pieces, keep for 30 mins, shallow fry the fish pieces 🐠 in sunflower oil 🌻 (don't over cook the fish pieces), remove them on kitchen towel.

* Step 2

Wash & clean potatoes πŸ₯”, peel and cut them into 1" square pieces, add turmeric powder, keep aside, heat olive oil, add potatoes πŸ₯”, stir fry tossing, turning the potatoes πŸ₯” for 4 mins, add the onion rings πŸ§… into potatoes πŸ₯”, cook till onions πŸ§… turn soft, remove out and keep aside.

* Step 3

In same olive oil, add crushed garlic πŸ§„, saute for 1/2 min, add lemon rind, red & green chillies juliennes, soaked saffron, coriander cumin powder/ roasted cumin powder 1 tsp, paprika powder 🌢️/ kashmiri chillies powder 🌢️ cook for 2 mins.

* Step 4

Add tomato puree πŸ…, ready made tomato paste mix well, cook on low - medium,till oil comes out, add water πŸ’¦, salt,black pepper powder mix well, boil for 3 mins, add fried fish pieces 🐠, cook for 5 mins, then finally add fried potatoes pieces & onions rings together, cook for 4 mins check the consistency of the gravy, don't make too running gravy, make a thick gravy.

* Step 5

Serve hot, garnish with freshly chopped dill 🌱/ finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿, enjoy.

* Step 1

Marinate the fish pieces 🐠, add salt πŸ§‚,1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chillies powder 🌢️, 1/2 tsp coriander cumin powder, lemon juice πŸ‹ and mix well, marinate for 30 mins and keep aside. Marinate the eggs πŸ₯š, add turmeric powder spread on eggs πŸ₯š and keep aside for 15 mins.

* Step 2

Heat oil, fry eggsπŸ₯š, till golden, remove and add them on kitchen napkin, keep fried eggs πŸ₯š aside. Fry fish pieces 🐠 in same oil, fry till golden brown and remove on kitchen napkin and keep aside.

* Step 3

Heat in remaining oil add, cumin seeds when start to crackle,green cardamoms, cinnamon sticks, cloves add ginger garlic paste πŸ§„, saute for 1/2 min, add dessicated coconut πŸ₯₯ and mix well, cook for 1 min, (don't burn dessicated coconut). Add finely chopped onions πŸ§… cook till golden, add tomato puree πŸ…, readymade tomato puree πŸ… and mix well.

* Step 4

Cook till oil comes out, add kashmiri red chillies powder 🌢️, turmeric powder, coriander cumin powder and mix well, add water πŸ’¦ mix well, let it boil, add fried eggs in cook for 10 mins, then add fried fish pieces 🐠, cook for another 15 mins. And serve hot with peas 🍚 rice.

* Step 5

Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿.

* Step 1

Wash crabsπŸ¦€ and keep aside, boil water, add salt, add crabs and boil for 8-10 mins or crabs colour change into reddish orange, the cooking time will be different, accordingly the size of the crabs, add in cold water to stop over cooking, clean crabs nicely, remove crab meat and keep aside.

* Step 2

Heat sunflower oil and shallow fry it's shells🐚, to get crab flavour in oil, remove the shells 🐚and keep aside for later use. In same oil, add mustard seeds when start to crack, add cumin seeds, when golden in colour, add finely chopped onions πŸ§…, cook till pinkish in colour.

* Step 3

Add ginger garlic paste πŸ§„,saute for a min, add crab meat πŸ¦€ and saute, cook on low medium heat, add finely chopped πŸ… tomato and mix well, add saltπŸ§‚, Kashmiri red chillies powder 🌢️, coriander & cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, green chillies paste and readymade tomato paste πŸ… mix well, cook till oil comes out.

* Step 4

Add white vinegar, finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿 and mix well, remove from heat and let it cool down, stuff in the crab and close with it's shells 🐚, and serve.

* Step 5

Note: I have used frozen crabs in my recipe, if desired you can use fresh crabs to prepare this recipe, it depends on the availability of the crabs, because my city lies inland far from sea, so most seafood comes in frozen from. Check the quality before buying any seafood.
