* Step 1

First start by shredding the cabbage πŸ₯¬, cut chopped spring onions πŸ§…, finely chopped parsley, finely chopped mint leaves 🌿, finely chopped garlic πŸ§„, onion rings πŸ§…, ginger juliennes and add in the bowl πŸ₯£, mix gently.

* Step 2

For Dressing: in a small bowl πŸ₯£ add crush garlic πŸ§„, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper powder, salt πŸ§‚, lemon juice πŸ‹ and mix well, drizzle the dressing on the salad and mix well gently, keep 30 mins in refrigerator before serving. Serve

Note: keeping the salad πŸ₯— in the refrigerator for 30 mins, will allow the flavor to develop.

* Step 1

Add sugar, paprika powder 🌢️, coriander cumin powder, garam masala powder,salt πŸ§‚ and mix well. Cook broccoli florets well, but still crunchy (don't over cook the broccoli florets πŸ₯¦), add boiled potatoes cubes and mix well, cook for 2 mins, remove from heat, let it cool down.
