I have different ways of making shepherds pie sometimes i just freestyle a recipe and this one i did and now will be my favorite its so yummy n full of flavor

Ingredient

3 tbs

oil

1/4 cup

grean peas

1 cup

corn

1/4 cup

water

2 tsp

paprika

1 tsp

adobo

1 tbs

ketchup

4 tbs

butter

1/4 tsp

salt

1/2 cup

1% milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel potatoes and boil them till soft enough to mash

While potatoes are cooking in a deep friend pan add the 3tbs oil chopped onion and chopped garlic shredded carrot and peas and cook until onions are semi soft

Add in your ground beef and continue to cook until beef is well cooked and not pink anymore

Drain the greese out of your meat with strainer and then add your corn and mix well

Add in the onion powder paprikasprinkle little salt and pepper adobo and mix together

Add in beef cube maggi 1/4 cup water mix good

Add in chicken seasoning ketchup bbq sause n mix well n shut stove off

Drain potatoes once there done and put them back in pot add the butter and mash with hand masher

Add in 1/4 tsp salt garlic puree mayo parmesean n milk n mix well with hand blender

In a caserole pot add your beef mix to the bottom n even out

Add potatoes on top n spread n even out

Sprinkle shredded cheese bacon bits and chive on top

Bake in a preheated oven @350 for 45 minutes take out rest 15 minutes and cut in

Cooking instructions

Heat oil in a pan

* Step 2

Put cumin seeds

* Step 3

Put chopped chillies and ginger

* Step 4

Put turmeric powder

* Step 5

Add cut vegetables and stir well

* Step 6

Put salt and red chilli

* Step 7

Stir and cover

* Step 8

Simmer it till done

* Step 9

Put garam masala and roast well

* Step 10

Serve with chapati

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a cooker

* Step 2

Add cumin seeds

* Step 3

Put finely chopped onions and cook till brown

* Step 4

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well

* Step 5

Add fresh tomato puree and cook till oil separates

* Step 6

Season with salt and all the masalas

* Step 7

Put fresh green peas and saute in the masala

* Step 8

Put water and cook till 2 whistle

* Step 9

Open and add paneer cubes cook open 4 minutes and off the gas

* Step 10

Add fresh coriander leaves

Serve with lachha paratha

* Step 1

Soak rice for 1/2hr

* Step 2

Heat oil in a cooker

* Step 3

Put cumin seeds,cardamom,bay leaf,cinnamon stick,cloves.

* Step 4

Put onion julians fry and brown them

* Step 5

Put ginger and garlic

* Step 6

Now add peas,carrot,greet chilli,cauliflower.

* Step 7

Saute well.

* Step 8

Add salt.

* Step 9

Now put rice and 1 glass water.

* Step 10

Cook till 1 whistle.

* Step 11

Eat hot.

Season with salt,red chilli and coriander powder

* Step 6

Cover and cook on simmer

* Step 7

When done sprinkle chat masala and roast it

* Step 8

Injoy with chapati or as a snack
