Then transfer into blender make fine paste

Heat same pan add rest of ghee pour oil

Pour blended puri Keep boil add boiled chole

* Step 7

Add spice powders mix well cook 3mins

Add coriander once gravy is nice aromatic turn off take a coal piece pour ghee close lid keep 5mins..

Take fresh palak leaves.

Take a bowl place a cover arrange palak leaves.

Heat a container pour water boil it add cloves, bay leaf, Marathi flower, add soaked rice boil until rice as cooked keep aside.

Heat a pan add butter place veggies, statue veggies until it becomes fried and soften then add spices.

Heat a pan pour ghee,oil add mustard seeds fry it when it's splits then add Ginger,onion keep saute

Then add veggies close lid as per veggeis softness then add salt,turmeric, coriander,curry leaves,mint mix well

* Step 4

Then add samak rice,dal wash and add to pan fry along with veggies then pour water

* Step 5

Keep cook once rice should perfectly cooked finally add ghee

Take a plate serve samak rice kichidi garnish with tomato mint ready to serve

Then add full onions keep statue it should be cook on 10to15 mins once onions soften then pour already blended gravy paste onto pan pour tamarind juice add salt,chilli powder,turmeric,mint leaves keep cook 5 to 10 mins

* Step 5

Once gravy perfectly cooked oil floats on top of curry means Ready to serve nice flavoured tasty curry is ready to serve

Add cashew paste mix well close lid for few mins,until makhani binds the flavour

* Step 5

Finally add Kasuri methi add butter wait for melting,then turn off the flame.

Take a plate serve curry garnish with onion and butter
