Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combin all ingredients and make a soft dough and keep aside for 15 min

* Step 2

Take lemon size ball into a dough and make paratha

* Step 3

Heat tawa and place paratha on tawa grease ghee and cook paratha both sides till golden brown

* Step 4

Onion methi paratha is redy to serve it serve with butter / ghee, chtpta aachar and buttermilk

* Step 1

Combine all ingredients as mentioned above and make a soft dough and cover it for 10 minutes

Now heat a pan and cook the parathas both sides

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In bowl add weat flour, salt, curd,sugar, beking soda, beking powder. and little by little.water and make soft dough for pizza base knead it well for 5 minutes

* Step 2

Close the lid and keep it in warm place for 2 hr

* Step 3

After 2 hr heat cooker add 2 cup salt in it put the stand and close lid preheat cooker before beking pizza

* Step 4

Check the base dough it is dubled in size knead it well once again before rolling

* Step 5

Now roll it in round shape not so thin not so thick, now make the marks with the help of fork

* Step 6

Take this in plate witch we use for beking pizza now spread sauce and sprinkle cheese, set the veggies in it also sprinkle cheese on top of veggies now put the plate in preheat cooker close lid and cook it for 20 min in low to medium flame or until base is bake very well and crisp

* Step 7

Pizza is redy take out in plate serve hot

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl shift flour and curd, beking powder, beking soda, sugar, salt, enough water to knead in to a firm dough cover and keep a side for 30 minutes

* Step 2

Stuffing :- heat oil into a pan add onion and saute till light brown add, chilli, ginger, garlic paste, carrot, capsicum,mashed potato, cabbage and saute 2 minutes add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, kitchen king masala, soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt, spring onion and mix it well and stair fry it 2-3 minutes

* Step 3

Knead the dough once again and lemon size balls roll the dough into a flat thin circle

* Step 4

Now roll chpati and apply cornflour paste and roll the chpati tightly

* Step 5

Now cut one inch size dough. and roll it round shape place the 2 tsp of stuffing in center,fold the wrap to half and press the corner

* Step 6

Fry them till they become golden brown
