* Step 1

Soaked the small millets for 10 miniutes.

Take a Heat pressure pan pour oil,let it hot.it is a choice that we can saute veggies in a pan & spices,& full recipe cook in a pressure pan.we used both methods here.

Add çumin seeds, cracle it.

Add ginger,Green chilli,saute it.add onion pink it.

Add turmeric powder,chilli flacky,sprinkle water.

Add tomato, cook it 1 miniute.add add chopped veggies,Fry it.

Now add cardomam,curd mix it very well.

Add millet Fry it 2 miniutes.add salt,&1\1\2 cup water.

Lid it.cook it 8 miniutes.

Remove it from the flame.keep it a side for rest.

Open the lid.serve it in a plate.sprinkle lime juice in it.

Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Serve it hot_ hot with spicy curd & Onion rings.

200 gm

boiled milk

1/2 cup

crushed sago

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan put boiled milk,boil it again in slow flame.

* Step 2

Add crushed sago in it,if needed thin consistacy add some milk or water.let it be boiled 2 miniutes.

* Step 3

Stir it continuesly.add sugar, mix it.

* Step 4

Add griended makhana, dryfruits mix it very well.add.cadamoms mix it.

* Step 5

Take out 1/2 cup white cooked sago kheer & keep it a side.

* Step 6

Now add the 2 Tsp beetroot juice in the same pan.stir it 1 miniute.mix it in the sago boiling kheer.take out 4 tsp sago kheer from this pan.keep it a side.now add all remaining juice from the boiling kheer & mix it.it will be dark colour.we will make 3 lairs from this kheer.

* Step 7

When it gets some thick remove it from the flame.keep it a side.

* Step 8

Now take a transperent glass.make 1 layer from the lite red kheer,then put white layer, at the last put dark red kheer.

* Step 9

At the top put white kheer.garnish it with dryfruits.

* Step 10

It is really very tasty, smooth, colourful & droolicious recipe.

250 grams

maida

100 gms

oil or ghee

200 gms

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl put seived maida,ghee.

* Step 2

Rub together 5 minutes.now it is ready for kneading.

* Step 3

Add Little amount of water,& knead it well.

* Step 4

Keep it a side for 20 minutes.

* Step 5

Now take a big ball from this dough.roll it out 1/4 inch thick.

* Step 6

Cut it in streps,& roll it like a wheel.

* Step 7

Heat the oil in medium flame.

* Step 8

Fry it until golden brown.

* Step 9

Take it out from the oil.

* Step 10

Take another pan put sugar & water together.let it boil till it will become thick.

* Step 11

Put all wheels in it and keep it stiring.

* Step 12

Until all sugar will be dry.

* Step 13

Now wheels are ready to eat.

It is dry sweet snack for Holi.

khoya /mawa

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Seive the maida,rub it with the help of 150 gm oil or ghee.

* Step 2

Now knead it with the help of water.keep it a side for rest 30 miniutes.

* Step 3

Now in a Heat pan Roast khoya.roast it light brown.

* Step 4

Remove it from the flame.let it be cool.

* Step 5

Add sugar, dryfruits, cardamams.mix it well.

* Step 6

Now take kneaded flour.make balls From this.roll it out in circle

* Step 7

Fill khoya mixture in it.mold it like gujhiya shape.

* Step 8

In a Heat pan put ghee,let it hot.

* Step 9

Put gujhiya in it.fry it till golden in the slow medium flame

* Step 10

Remove when it gets Brown.

* Step 11

Keep it for rest.it can be taken hot or cool.

In a Heat pan add butter,let it hot.

Add couliflower roast it 2 miniutes.

* Step 3

Add milk.let it boil.add paneer.

* Step 4

Reduce the milk.keep it half.

* Step 5

Add sugar, milkmaid.mix it well.

* Step 6

Add malai,mix it.remove it from the flame.

* Step 7

Add cardomam, dryfruits.mix it well.

* Step 8

Serve it hot or cold.before servings garnish it with butter scotch sauce.

* Step 9

It is healthy & seasonals dish.milk,paneer,malai,& cauliflower,just a good combination for the food.
