A tasty slaw with a tangy Asian-inspired dressing that's packed with freshness, vibrant colours, and a satisfying crunch. It's a burst of flavour that always leaves a great impression!

Ingredient

1/4 cup

avocado oil

1 tbsp

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Veggies: Shred the vegetables finely and set them aside. I used my food processor to get super thin strips.

Dressing: Put all dressing ingredients into a mason jar and shake.

Fry noodles: Heat oil and fry noodles until crispy (3-5 seconds), then break into pieces.

Combine the veggies with the dressing. Toss crispy noodles into the slaw or set beside as a personal topper.

This is my version of Asian Sirloin Steak Pepper Beef, one of the popular dishes of the biggest buffet in Las Vegas at Ceasars Palace.

Ingredient

2 Tbs

corn oil

1 Tbs

water

1/2 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Trim tough membrane called silverskin from sirloin steak, dice and marinade beef overnight in Tbs oil, oyster sauce, soy sauces, sherry, corn starch

* Step 2

Dice and stir fry pepper, onion and celery one minute in Tbs oil in hot wok, add water, salt, stirfry one more minute, set aside. Wash wok, dry.

Stir Fry garlic in 2 Tbs oil to garlic coat the wok surface, discard garlic. Stirfry beef 2 minutes till browned.

. Add all other ingredients, stirfry 2 more minutes, serve.

This dish reheats well in the microwave, a bowl full is ready in a minute.

I mainly use this marinade for the chicken in my Chinese Chicken Salad. But it's also great on other meats as both a marinade and for basting while you grill. I've also used it for seasoning my homemade fried rice and other Asian inspired stir-fries. Good to have in the fridge because it keeps a long time and is so versatile.

Whisk together all ingredients. Pour into a bottle with a lid and keep refrigerated.

Ingredient

Lemon Juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Let bacon sit in a bowl in marinade for approx. 10 minutes OR cook with marinade in slow cooker

Take bacon out of marinade, put on frying pan and sizzle until you feel your bacon is complete

Add bacon to plate and eat up!

Ingredient

soy sauce

1 tablespoon

oyster sauce

1 teaspoon

sesame oil

2 tablespoons

vegetable oil

2 tablespoons

chopped cilantro

1/4 cup

rice vinegar

2 tablespoons

honey

2 tablespoons

hoisin sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl mix the ingredients for the grilled chicken and season the chicken thighs. Leave marinating for 45 minutes.

Heat up a griddle and brush it with a bit of oil. Place the chicken thighs on the griddle. Cook, and brown it on both sides. Let it cool off. Slice the cooked chicken.

In a bowl, beat all the ingredients for the dressing.

In a bowl mix the Napa cabbage, Chinese cabbage, shredded carrot, half the broccoli, half the edamame beans and half the cilantro.

* Step 5

Add and mix in, half of the dressing to the vegetables.

* Step 6

Serve the salad on the plates and arrange on top the sliced chicken with the rest of the vegetables.

* Step 7

Sprinkle the top with the peanuts and sesame seeds.

* Step 8

Pour over the chicken and vegetables some of the dressing to your own taste.
