Yet another chicken bacon ranch recipe. This one is Gluten and Dairy free.

Ingredient

6-8 strips

bacon

3 cloves

garlic minced

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Set oven to 375°

* Step 2

While boiling your noodles, fry your bacon in a large pan.

* Step 3

Remove bacon and throw in your diced onions and minced garlic. Cook for about 5 min.

* Step 4

Add cream cheese, coconut milk, ranch packet, and 1 cup of mozzarella. Mix over medium heat until smooth.

* Step 5

Mix ranch mixture, pasta, chicken, bacon, and green onion. Pour into a 13x9 pan and cover with mozzarella.

* Step 6

Bake for 25 - 30 min. Serve hot.

Ingredient

3/4 cup

mayo

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

* Step 2

Mix together all ingredients except cornflakes and butter

* Step 3

Bake for 20 minutes

* Step 4

Remove from oven and sprinkle cornflakes and dot with butter on top

* Step 5

Bake for 10 more minutes at 400 degrees

* Step 6

Let sit at least 5 minutes- will be very hot!

A basic banana bread recipe but gluten and dairy free.

Ingredient

1 cup

sugar

1 stick

butter

1 tsp

cinnamon

1 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 375° and butter a loaf pan

* Step 2

In a mixer cream the butter and sugar, adding your eggs one at a time

* Step 3

In a small bowl, mash your bananas with a fork, stir in coconut milk and cinnamon.

* Step 4

In another bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

* Step 5

Combine banana mixture with butter/sugar/egg mixture.

* Step 6

Fold in flour mixture until incorporated. And pour into loaf pan.

* Step 7

Bake at 375° for an hour to an hour and ten minutes.

* Step 8

Serve warm with honey or apple butter.

can green beans

2 tbsp

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook your bacon until crispy and break into small pieces.

* Step 2

Drain your green beans. (You can drain and rinse the black eyed peas if you prefer)

* Step 3

Combine everything in a pot and cook over medium heat until hot.

* Step 4

Serve hot

I'm finding new ways to do gluten free breaded things. Funyuns are gluten free and seem like they will make an amazing breading for chicken. Turned out very tasty.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl, crack two eggs add a splash of water, and beat with a fork

* Step 2

In a gallon size Ziploc bag, crush your funyuns to powder.

* Step 3

Dip your chicken strips in egg then throw in the bag of funyuns powder. Make sure they are coated well.

* Step 4

In a large skillet, heat up some oil, cook your coated chicken on all sides until done all the way through.

* Step 5

Serve hot.
