Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the meat with oil, lemon, soya sauce, garlic, ginger, dried pepper, cinnamon stick add other spice powder leave the meat in refragirater as long as you can or overnight
* Step 2
Get it out of refragirater add the tomato and the red pepper.
* Step 3
Put in the oven on 180 to 200 minutes or until done
* Step 4
Serve it with salad, chips and sandwich or bred as in picture.
