Herbed New Potatoes

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel 1/2 inch strip around center of each potato & place in pot.
* Step 2
Add enough water to cover potatoes by 2 inches. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil until potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, about 20 minutes. Drain.
* Step 3
Place butter in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for about 10 seconds or until melted. Stir in parsley & chives. Pour over the potatoes & toss to coat. Then serve.
