Crispy Crab Rangoon's

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix softened cream cheese, garlic and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.

* Step 2

Stir in crab and green onions.

* Step 3

Beat the egg and water together in small bowl.

* Step 4

Place a Tablespoon of the crab mixture in center of wonton wrapper.

* Step 5

Brush edges of wrapper with egg wash mixture. Fold over corners to form a triangle and press to seal.

* Step 6

Deep fry in small batches in 375°F oil until golden brown.

* Step 7

These fry up really quick. I always sprinkle with a pinch of salt as soon as they come out of fryer.

* Step 8

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces. Enjoy!!
