Easy Lasagna
On the back of a box of Mullers Pasta, there is a recipe for an "easy lasagna bake." I've tweaked their recipe over the years. I like hot Italian sausage in mine but it's also good with sweet sausage, ground beef, or even ground turkey. This is very filling and affordable. It costs under $15.00 to make. It's about the size of a family-sized lasagna dinner you find in the frozen section at the supermarket but tastier. #Fakeaway frozen lasagna.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Gather all of the ingredients and pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
* Step 2
While the oven pre-heats cook the sausage in a pan till no longer pink. And then add your pasta sauce. Cover and simmer on low heat.
* Step 3
While the sauce is simmering in a bowl of cottage cheese or ricotta cheese, two eggs, about a handful of the shredded cheese, and the onion powder.
* Step 4
The fun part! Layers. Take a little bit of the meat mixture and place it in the pan. Top with three of the pasta noodles. It's okay if it is sloppy.
* Step 5
On top of the noodles in step four, add half of the cheese mixture. Then you are going to top the cheese mixture with three pasta noodles.
* Step 6
On top of the noodles in step five, add about half of the meat mixture and top with noodles. Then you are going to add the rest of the cheese mixture to the top of these noodles. Then add three more noodles to top of cheese and top with the rest of your meat mixture.
* Step 7
Once you have used all the meat and cheese mixture you may have 3-4 pasta noodles left over. I use these noodles in soups or in pasta dishes with veggies. Top the meat mixture with the rest of the mozzarella cheese. Add the Garlic and Parsley seasoning and bake for 50 minutes with foil on top.
* Step 8
After 50 minutes, take the foil off the top of the lasagna and bake for another 10 minutes. Let sit to cool for 4-8 minutes before cutting.
