Bev's Extra yummy Meatloaf

I started fiddling with meatloaf recipes about 35 years ago. It's got cheese in the middle but no cracker,bread crumb or any other filler

Ingredient

4-6 servings

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a larger mixing bowl add eggs whisked. Then add ground beef, green pepper and onion roughly mix them together with spoon or my preferred method with gloves on and by hand. Then add tomato sauce again blend together.

* Step 2

In a Large loaf pan put half the meat mixer. Then add the sliced Velveeta cheese the cheese shout be about inch thick. Then place the rest of the meat mixture. Pressing down firmly to make a seal around the cheese

* Step 3

Now place in oven and bake about 1.5 hours the remove and top with Ketchup return the meatloaf into oven till the meatloaf is done
