One plate quick lunch idea💡Tomato garlic pasta 🍅🧄🌿
I always stock tinned tomatoes, pasta, and garlic, and I grow basil leaves, so I can always make this pasta with what I have at home!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil pasta. Add 1% salt to the boiling water.
* Step 2
Add olive oil in a frying pan and cook garlic until it becomes fragrant.
* Step 3
Add diced tomato and simmer until the taste of tomatoes turn from sour to sweet. Please taste it by yourself and feel the change. Sprinkle some salt and add a cube of chicken stock. Mix well.
* Step 4
Add boiled pasta in the sauce and mix well.
* Step 5
Ready to serve. I’m adding basil leaves on top to make it look prettier 😄🌱
