Wakame seaweed and egg udon in 10 mins

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pour water over the dried wakame and leave to soak for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Add mentsuyu and water in a pot and bring it to boil. Add udon noodle and heat it up for 1 min.
* Step 3
Add wakame and beaten egg.
* Step 4
Cook for another 1 min and ready to serve. You can sprinkle some Shichimi pepper on top if you want a bit spicy taste!
