Homemade apple and pear jam 🍎🍐 Winter seasonal fruits ❄️

I went to a vegetable and fruits market and bought 4 different kinds of apples and 1 pear. I enjoyed some parts directly without cooking but since I bought too many, I decided to make a homemade jam. This is a healthier choice to enjoy sweet jam compared to the store bought ones as it doesn’t include any preservatives or artificial ingredients.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the apples and pears. Cut into half moon slices.

Add sugar and lemon juice. Move them to a pot and start heating under low heat.

Cook for 40 mins. Be careful not to burn it. Once it becomes jam, keep it in the sanitized container.

You can enjoy the jam with bread, ice cream or even tea! If you add jam in the black tea, it becomes Russian teaβ˜•οΈ
