I cooked butter chicken curry for the first time from scratch and it was so delicious! And it was much easier and quicker than I thought. Please enjoy with naan๐Ÿ˜‹ #cppassport

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the chicken into pieces. Prepare a plastic bag, add chicken, yogurt, mayonnaise and curry powder. Mix well and leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Heat some oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and ginger. Once they become flagrant, add chopped onions and cook over low heat for 3-5 mins.

* Step 3

Add all the ingredients for the gravy. Once you cook it for 5 mins, add the marinated chicken too. Cook over low heat for 20 mins.

After 20 mins, adjust to your taste by adding salt and fresh cream.
