Corn and Konbu Japanese mixed rice / “Takikomi - Gohan” 🌽 🇯🇵
“Takikomi - Gohan” is a Japanese mixed rice seasoned with dashi and soy sauce along with some meat, fish or vegetables.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the rice in a water few times in a bowl, draining and refreshing the water each time. Transfer to a rice cooker kettle.
* Step 2
Add all the seasonings and mix with the rice. Pour the water.
* Step 3
Wash the corn, remove the husk from the corn cob, then cut the cob in half.
* Step 4
Add corn and place the cobs on the rice too. This step of adding corn cobs are actually very important to make the rice sweet and tasty(because the cob includes Glutamic acid).
* Step 5
Sprinkle konbu at the end.
* Step 6
Set your kettle in a rice cooker, cook as usual. Remove the corn husks and serve in the bowls. Enjoy!😁
