Karmata bhaji is one of the popular bhaji in chhattisgarh .it’s botanical name is ‘Basella alba’. It’s very delicious, nutritious and healthy green leafy veg .we can make with any dal or without dal.here ‘s recipe without dal.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To begin making the karmata Bhaji Recipe first wash and thoroughly clean the leaves thoroughly. After cleaning and washing the karmata greens drain them in a colander for few minutes and pat dry
* Step 2
2. Place a wok orpan on the heat and warm some oil in it.
add the garlic red chilies and green chillies and saute again for 1 minute
* Step 3
Add the chopped karmata leaves Toss well, season with salt keeping in mind that the greens will will and reduce in volume once cooked, so add salt accordingly.
* Step 4
Then add chopped tomatoes Mix well and cook covered for another 10 -15 minutes till the greens are just cooked, and not over cooked.
* Step 5
Serve karmata bhaji along with Roti and plain rice .
