250 gms

paneer

2 tbsp

hung curd

as per taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add curd, lemon juice, tandoori masala, chilli powder, colour, salt & garam masala. Mix all well.

* Step 2

Add paneer cubes & marinate for 30 minutes.

* Step 3

Either add to skewers & cook in oven or over the gas top. Or cook in a pan till it dries.

Serve with green chutney.
