This delicious recipe is ready in 20 minutes you can make with leftover roti. Either fry or bake them.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add crumbled paneer, chaat masala, chilli powder, salt, pepper & coriander & mix all well.
* Step 2
Take left over rotis. Make a maida paste & keep aside.
* Step 3
Cut roti into half.
After cutting if the layer of roti is open seal with maida.
Roll the roti into cone & while giving it shape apply maida paste so it seals well.
* Step 4
Make cones & keep them for 5 minutes so they stick well & dry.
Now add paneer filling.
* Step 5
If you baking then bake them at 160° for 7-10 minutes.
If you frying then after filling you will make a thick maida paste & roll the cone from filling side into the maida paste & then fry so filling does not come out.
* Step 6
After baking/frying you will roll the top of cone into tomato sauce & then sev.
Serve it to kids or adults & enjoy.
Your breakfast is ready in 20 minutes.
