Ingredient

1 cup

besan

1 cup

yoghurt

1/2 tsp

soda

1/4 tsp

jeera powder

1/2 tsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix besan with soda. Add water the mixture should not be very runny or thick. It should be medium batter.

* Step 2

With help of a spoon drop batter in hot oil & fry.

* Step 3

Fry all the balls & keep aside.

* Step 4

Take 2 tbsp curd add little sugar & salt. Add water & make like a chas & drop the fried balls into it

* Step 5

In a serving bowl add curd, salt, chaat masala & all the ingredients. Beat & mix all well.

* Step 6

Remove the pakodis from the chas mix & add to this mixture.

* Step 7

Before serving sprinkle some chilli powder, chaat masala & chutney
