#ingredient6 Creamy batter of rava, besan & potatoes. A perfect evening snack.

Ingredient

1 cup

rava

1/4 cup

besan

1 inch

ginger

5 cloves

garlic

1/4 tsp

ajwain

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop onion finely. Chop potatoes into thin pieces

* Step 2

Grate ginger & mince garlic.

* Step 3

In a bowl add all the ingredients. Add water. The batter shouldn't be runny or very thick.

* Step 4

Heat oil & fry on medium heat. Enjoy this crispy fritters with green chutney.
