Cheesey Veggie Soup from a Mix
Don't normally even TRY these things in packages but for some reason this seemed appealing. Added 2 cups diced carrots and potatoes, 2 T butter, and 2 cups milk. In the end I saw I could add more milk and I added about 3/4 cup additional milk. Realize package says Broccoli and if I had Had broccoli I would have used it. :)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Melt butter on med and quickly saute veggies in butter for 2 - 4 minutes * Depending on veggies used
* Step 2
Add mix and milk, stir until smooth, simmer until veggies are softened a bit, maybe 15-20 mins.
* Step 3
Was delish actually and quite surprisingly. So, don't be scared to try things in a package. Just check the package ingredients. 🙂
