Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast all the ingredients, then transfer into a mixer and add chilli powder,salt, turmeric and asafoetida.

* Step 2

Then grind coarsely.

Store in an air tight container.

Serve with any kind of roti, paratha or rice along with oil or curd.
