Assalamualaikum,blanch the tomatos and Garlic,then cook the omlate in tawa,cut the piece and keep aside,

Peeled the tomatos skin and grind the paste,

Heat a oil in kadai,add the tomatos paste and mix the all spices, ketchup,mix well,cooked for 10 mins,now add the omlate piece,
