Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make khoya first. Take milk, milk powder and ghee. Mix it well. Now cook till it thickens.
* Step 3
Heat a pan add 2tbsp of ghee. Add grated carrots and cook till it becomes soft.
* Step 4
Add milk. When it comes to a boil add sugar, khoya and milkmaid and gently mix.
* Step 5
When the halwa becomes thick add cardamom powder, cashews and raisins and mix it well.
