Creamy churros cup

Ingredient

50 gms

Butter

1 1/2 cup

Water

2 tbsp

Brown sugar

3/4th cup

Sugar

1/2 litre

Milk

2 tbsp

Milk powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add water, butter, a pinch of salt and brown sugar in a pan, and bring it to boil.

* Step 2

Now add all purpose flour mixing it continuously. Till it forms a dough.

* Step 3

Switch off the flame and let it cool down for 10 minutes.

* Step 4

Add eggs one at a time and mix it nicely.

* Step 5

Now take a piping bag with a star nozzle and fill it with a dough.

* Step 6

Take a muffin tray. Backside of it form the cup by rotating the piping bag around the each cups.

* Step 7

Now bake it for 15 minutes in 200c.

* Step 8

Take heavy bottomed pan. Add milk. Boil it to half. Add sugar, milk powder and condensed milk. Mix it and cook till it thickens.

* Step 9

Now add few drops of yellow colour.

* Step 10

Pour the cream mixture into the churro cups and garnish it with tutti frutti.
