Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl take flour

* Step 2

Add salt and dahi and mix

* Step 3

Keep aside for 15 mins

* Step 4

Now add water to make batter

* Step 5

After that add eno an the mix lightly

* Step 6

Pour into idli tray

* Step 7

Steam on medium heat for 10 mins

* Step 8

Serve hot with sambhar/daal
