Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First cook oats in milk for 5 mins Add fennel till it softens.keep aside to cool.Add Desi gud or shakkar.Mix well
* Step 2
Take a glass Add chopped fruits at the base.
* Step 3
Add a layer of wheat flakes on top.Add the layer of cooked oats in jaggery on top of it sprinkle some flax seeds and dry fruits
* Step 4
Finally top it again with mixed fruits and dry fruits. Enjoy healthy breakfast.
