Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 2 white bread slices.cut in a round with the help of a cookie cutter.
* Step 2
Now make filling with crushed cottage cheese, beetroot grated, Ginger,chilli, raisin,almonds and cashews.Soak bread rounds with a little milk to make it soft add a spoonful of filling in the bread and cover with another slice.Press from the sides
* Step 3
Now take a cup of thick curd add sugar and salt in it
* Step 4
Top the prepared beetroot bhalla with sweetened curd along with mint chutney, tamarind chutney and pomegranate seeds, garnish with coriander.serve chilled
