Masala maska chaska toast

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a non stick pan.heat butter add mustard seed to crackle.add Curry leaves,garlic, chilli,onion chopped.add turmeric and saute for a minute
* Step 2
Now add boiled potatoes, coriander leaves,salt,cumin, red chilli,Chaat masala,lemon juice and mix well.keep aside
* Step 3
Now take 2 bread slices apply green coriander chutney on one and garlic chilli sauce on another
* Step 4
Place masala chaska maska filling on one side.and apply tomato,onion,, capsicum on second slice
* Step 5
Top it with a spoon full of shredded cottage cheese
* Step 6
Close the sandwich.apply butter and grill
* Step 7
Grill it from both sides for 4-5 mins till golden & crisp
* Step 8
Serve hot with aloo bhujia,cheese,mint chutney and coriander leaves garnish.Masala maska chaska toast is ready
