Cooking instructions

In a kadai add oil,garlic cloves,onion, spring onion, capsicum, vinegar mix it well.

Now add soya sauce and add red chilli powder, salt

Add crushed black pepper, tomato sauce, chilli sauce

Mix it well and cook for 2 min.on low flame.manchurian sauce is ready.

In a mixing bowl add all-purpose flour, corn flour,salt,Red chilli powder, coriander powder,soya sauce,Ginger garlic paste, turmericpowder, homemade Manchurian powder,Add water mix it well.manchurian batter is ready.now add boiled cauliflower

Coat the marinated Gobhi with batter.And deep fry in hot oil till it turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.now Gobhi Manchurian Pakoda is ready.now Manchurian Pakoda mix in a Manchurian sauce.
